A Family Legacy Built on Integrity and Craftsmanship

Our family has been in the Ventura County area, specifically Newbury Park, since 1967. Greg started in construction in 2003 as a Helper with a hardwood flooring and tile Contractor. He quickly worked his way into a lead role, running a crew and his own side jobs. After three years as a hardwood and tile Installer he began working with his first General Contractor learning how to frame, install doors, windows, cabinets, mouldings, and various other facets of general building. He quickly moved his way from Helper to Lead Carpenter running jobs and crews. He worked for various General Contractors until 2018 when he had an opportunity to work as a Project Manager for a GC doing commercial tenant improvement projects. After two years doing commercial tenant improvement he went back to residential construction where he has worked as a Superintendent/Project Manager for some of the finest custom home builders running multi-million dollar projects in Santa Barbara, Montecito and Malibu. Greg passed the state exam and received his General Contractors license in 2021 founding Branam Brothers Construction, named after his two boys Declan and Liam.
